Here you'll always find current posts

about climbing and mental training.

I'll share with you thoughts and suggestions, as well as practical and personal experiences that are part of my life and work.

Have fun diving in and following along!

Whether in competitive sports, popular sports,
everyday life and/or on the spiritual journey,
there will always be confrontations with situations that either:

-> fall easily
-> challenge
-> or overwhelm

This can be reflected in climbing, for example:

-> a leisurely warm-up route that doesn't even come close
to making you sweat at all levels

-> a route that already clearly demands with the existing repertoire
of abilities and skills or shows the limit and the limits of the comfort zone

-> a route that, in its own way,
is currently above the possibilities of what can be implemented

The situation is often very similar
with interpersonal relationships, structures and systems.

Ignoring or resisting, activating the "Rumpelstiltskin mode",
fighting the current situation with "old" thought patterns,
belief structures and convictions is long-term
and in most cases not really sustainable.
Rather, it merely creates similar or new challenges or excessive demands.

-> to assume and accept that it is the way it is
"RIGHT NOW" and that it shows up like this

-> to change thinking, feeling and acting for what is needed
and so that it can be implemented coherently.
This can also mean leaving the situation for the moment,
re-evaluating and revising the motivation, method and goal
and, if necessary, setting additional interim goals
in order to be able to continue or start again
(possibly with external help, support, accompaniment)

-> leave the situation and reorient yourself

Accept - Change - Leave
-> one of these "building blocks" - possibilities always exist
and often an economical, efficient and sustainable success
lies only in the suitable and coherent combination.

If you want to make sustainable changes feasible,
I am happy to offer you my experience, my knowledge
and many methods from shamanic energy work and/or climbing.
