Here you'll always find current posts

about climbing and mental training.

I'll share with you thoughts and suggestions, as well as practical and personal experiences that are part of my life and work.

Have fun diving in and following along!

Let's be honest:

Who doesn't want to expand their opportunities, skills & abilities?
Who doesn't want to overcome and/or even dissolve limitations?
Who doesn't want to master old challenges?
Who wouldn't rather (be able to) devote themselves to new visions and projects?
Who doesn't want to live and express their potential anymore?

Yes, life confronts us in its different "expressions"
always with the limits of our possibilities and abilities.

It shows us completely value-free,
what works and what doesn't -> full stop.

Let's access our full potential and live it,
then it goes naturally
with what it takes, in balance and in flow.

In situations where we do not (cannot) access our full potential,
then it can get pretty tricky.

Heart and mind are then not in balance and in flow.

Instead of perceiving with a clear mind what is, accepting it,
to accept and change what it takes
inner confusion often begins.

The embossed system to which we give expression
then often gets lost in stories of the past,
instead of being present in the now with
what it REALLY needs right now.

To his experiences sustained new knowledge and skills
to add
there is a need for a correspondingly efficient,
effective and economically coherent framework.

The medium of climbing and/or energy work
is very clear and direct in its feedback, and it also
in an adapted framework, also a high level of help and support
in the development of potential on different levels.

Both show not only what works and what doesn't,
but at the same time make visible what is needed
to get back into balance, the natural flow.

I will accompany and support you with goal-oriented methods
to accept “THAT WHAT IS”,
to change what it takes and/or to realign yourself
to achieve your goals.
