Here you'll always find current posts
about climbing and mental training.
I'll share with you thoughts and suggestions, as well as practical and personal experiences that are part of my life and work.
Have fun diving in and following along!
is an open, authentic and honest position
that we take in the neutral role of the observer
-> we consciously direct our perception
to the experiences we have or have had with ourselves,
our surroundings and our environment on the energetic,
mental and physical level.
-> Discover
-> Explore &
-> Experience
"the Golden Buddha"
in you!
Realize your true potential and live it!
In the holistic view of self-reflection
lies the potential to create awareness of "old and new" ACTUAL statuses and
your own thinking, feeling, acting.
This enables us to perceive
-> whether we are in flow with our thoughts, feelings and actions
-> or if we stuck in resistance with our stories, emotions and actions.
Self-reflection additionally includes
a conscious examination of information,
messages, perceptions, points of view,
responses/feedback that we also receive from/through the outside world.
-> "look in the mirror" and
-> the conscious perception of the projections from the outside
also enables us
-> to recognize ourselves.
"As above, so below, as within, so without"
-> Where can we already consciously look, recognize, assume and accept?
-> Where do we live it already?
-> Where are we still stuck in the fog of "blind spots and shadows"?
-> Where else do we tell ourselfs stories,
believe in them and limit us to live our potential?
Intention, willingness, determination,
dedication and attitude are also the driving forces here
that influence the growth of consciousness.
Here, at the latest, it quickly becomes apparent
-> how(much) we are willing to take a look at it,
-> whether we are open to different perspectives and
-> are ready to recognize the projections as potential,
to thereby old stories, blind spots,
to consciously question and transform shadows, emotions etc.
-> to make them allies and
as new strengths gained
to be able to live.
Reflecting on self-experiences
includes the quality of being able to orient oneself more consciously,
to make decisions & implement changes,
without ending up "again" in the "old ACTUAL statuses".
With climbing and shamanic energy work
we can start very specifically and practically on all 4 levels,
to get more into the flow & enjoy the lightness
as well as to immerse in abundance.
I am happy to accompany you on your path of reflection,
to support and help you.
