Climbing and its different forms of play, such as rope climbing, bouldering,  paraclimbing (climbing with physical or sensory impairment) or therapeutic climbing, contain infinite potential for growth, change and development, depending on the motivation, intention and goal.

Depending on the focus, you can devote yourself to specific individual areas, an overall goal or targeted or individual combinations.

My services can support you, for example,
if your needs, goals, intentions, and motivation include the following:

-> physical performance improvement,
-> technical training (from basic to complex),

-> mental training,

-> emotional work (processing, management, etc.),

-> goal-oriented,

-> performance-oriented,
-> competitive sports,
-> competition management (preparation, during, and follow-up),

-> ambitious recreational sports,

-> process-oriented work (physical, mental, emotional, topic-oriented, etc.),

-> after/with injuries,

-> accidents,

-> illnesses, as well as

-> life and health care.

You can always find more about this with examples and topic-specific entries in my blog.

Climbing as feedback and opportunity

No matter in which form of climbing you move, you always get direct, immediate and non-judgmental feedback about what is and what you are currently capable of with your current possibilities.

Viewed as a whole, this opens up an broad field of informationsorientation, options, opportunities and possibilities.

For example, climbing can help illuminate the following fakts and goals:

Where do I want to go -> where am I?

Where am I -> what do I need?

What do I bring with me -> what is helpful, what limits me?
What do I have at my disposal -> what am I missing?
What do I need -> how can I achieve/implement it?
What works -> what doesn't?
What doesn't work -> (How) can I deal with it?
What's the problem -> how can I change it?

Climbing and my personal experiences

Climbing is a dynamic process that can experienced in different ways, depending on motivation, intention and goal.

This is also shown by my personal example:

At the beginning, the focus was on the rehabilitative qualities, health maintenance and physical development.

Within a short time, a more extensive potential and a holistic interaction opened up to me, which in turn had and has an impact on my goal work, my thinking, feeling, trading and the subsequent transfer into my life.

With the start of competitive sport at an international level in paraclimbing (climbing with physical or sensory impairments), many new intentions and goals followed, as well as specific and more detailed requirements and experiences.

Training and further education, inclusion and club work, as well as the exercise as a sport climbing guide and the corresponding transfer of practice and theory in 1 to 1 or in small groups, have also made the field of experience very broad and extensive.

Essential for me was and is the fun, the joy of doing, the growth, the further development and being able to pass on something of it again.
