Mental training should support, help, and promote, without any judgment:
-> how to absorb, process, integrate,
and apply information
-> how to implement individual intentions and objectives effectively, economically,
and efficiently.
"Consciously perceive,
Accept,
Change what can be changed,
Repeat."
Mental training should also support, help, and encourage you to find new approaches and solutions to explore new paths instead of remaining stuck in old, limiting patterns, beliefs, stories, and emotions.
You can find out more about this in my blog, with examples and topic-specific entries.
Before jumping over an 8-meter-high snowbank, I had decided on the 4-meter approach whether to do a 360 or a backflip.
The short time wasn't enough; I couldn't make a decision.
In a combination of both, I flew uncontrollably 8 meters downwards.
After my impact, I could no longer feel my legs and knew immediately that I had broken my spine, which was the effect and consequence of my previous decisions (consciously perceiving it).
At that moment I immediately accepted the current situation, embraced it and made a decision (changing what can be changed):
"I'm going to go snowboarding again."
All of the subsequent decisions and changes ultimately influenced where I am now after the initial diagnosis of complete paraplegia.
