To me, self-love means that I
perceive my surroundings and my environment appreciatively,
with all its light and dark sides
and everything in between, that I really and truly

-> feel, sympathize
-> to re-think
-> to re-FEEL
 

and then openly, freely, value-free, unconditionally,
including and connecting
- in coherence of heart & mind, body, mind & soul -
to ACT.
 

-> for the highest good of all and for the good of my highest destiny!
 

For me, self-love also means to open up for
 

-> the possibilities
-> the chances
-> the potentials
-> the gifts
-> the knowledge
-> the wisdom
-> the consciousness
 

in the light as well as in the shadow.
 

Self-love excludes nothing, it connects everything in itself.
 

Self-love is a door to deep self-healing,
 

-> for inner peace
-> for peace outside
 

Self-love is the invitation to remember:
 

"That peace within is possible, whatever one has experienced."
